e and just completed 20 yrs in city government, both as an appointed city commissioner and elected ciity councilman, retiring at the end of 2009 as Mayor. In 2005, I was honored to be appointed to the Calif State Coastal Commission and served in that capacity protecting and enhancing our treasured 1,100 Calif coast for 4 yrs.
